Shipping policy
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and bank holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Orders that include customised items and/or made-to-order items may take up to 2 additional day to process while our team produces your items.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
We offer free shipping for all orders delivering to a UK address for orders over £50.
We are sorry that we are currently unable to ship HM armed forces bases inside and outside the UK. Please feel free to contact us directly to discuss shipping to a pick-up point or an alternate address or collection from our offices.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. LBFG Ltd trading as The Koloc Emporium™ is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
We ship according to INCOTERM 2020 DAP to the named place entered as delivery address during the checkout process.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 5 business days (or 7 business day for delivery to addresses outside of the UK) of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hello@koloc-emporium.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Once shipped, your parcel can be tracked on RoyalMail website using the link below.

We reserve the right to use another carrier at our sole discretion. We will communicate and updated tracking link if we do so.
Shipping to P.O. boxes
Our partner RoyalMail can deliver your order to any P.O. box inside the UK with the exception of those located on HM armed forces bases.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
Your statutory rights are not affected by the present policy.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at hello@koloc-emporium.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
